Technical Program Manager III, AI Search and Industry, Google Cloud Full-time

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence and language models.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience executing product launch or go-to-market processes and launch execution.
• Experience in Google Cloud or other cloud technologies and launches.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and differentiation of AI model building versus traditional software builds.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage work streams including requirements gathering and risk assessment.
• Work closely with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and capabilities across various workstreams.
• Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team issues quickly. Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high-complexity and scope.
• Exercise acumen and develop recommendations that translate into a course of action.
• Design and implement build and operational processes that help the teams/organization scale.
