Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Onshore Project Manager Lead to oversee our GenAI Production Support team This role involves managing the daily operations of AI production systems ensuring optimal performance and leading cross functional teams to deliver high quality support and solutions
Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead the planning and execution of GenAI production support projects Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables Develop and maintain project schedules budgets, and resource allocation Team Leadership Manage a team of support engineers and analysts providing guidance and mentorship Foster a collaborative and high performance team culture Operational Oversight Monitor production environments for performance availability and security Implement and enforce best practices for incident management and problem resolution Ensure timely responses to production issues minimizing downtime and impact on business operations Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for all production support inquiries and escalations Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and resolutions Collaborate with development teams to facilitate smooth transitions from development to production Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within production support Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Experience 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on production support Strong background in AI ML technologies and production environments Skills Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Proficient in project management tools and methodologies e g Agile Scrum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional PMP certification or equivalent Experience with cloud platforms eg AWS Azure and AI tools Familiarity with ITIL best practices for service management
