We are Concept Quality, the Reply Company specializing in Product Validation & QA services.
We are searching for a Developer and Quality Assurance Passionate member to join our Test Automation Team, and to create/improve solutions with the power of AI, in multiple industries (Automotive, Retail, Telco, Financial Services, IOT, Energy, etc…).
Within Concept Quality Reply You will be involved in an evolved technology context, where a deep experience gained in Quality Assurance is combined with a strong knowledge of business and company processes on products targeted for all the ecosystems.

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT?
• Customer Focus. You will work directly with the customer to analyze the project requirements and define the infrastructure needs, architecture, tools, and technologies to be used for the project needs and quality targets. You will drive Your team to comply with the agreed architecture constraint by managing all the technical parts of the project.
• Process Advisory. You will provide direct support to internal and external stakeholders and You will oversee knowledge transfer and ramp-up processes (with methodologies and tools). You will lead the technical team, providing your knowledge and your expertise.
• Technologies & Tools Development. You will be part of the Company strategy and technologies analysis for the Quality Assurance services.
• Innovation. You will be involved in a real innovation-oriented environment, working with AI and ML-powered Test Automation solutions.

WHAT DO WE NEED?
• Academic Backbone with a brilliant BSc or MSc in:

1. Computer Science or technical equivalent
2. Automation/Mechatronic

• Valuable Expertise.

1. Some experience in a similar role, with a focus on Quality Assurance best practices, and a sincere interest in related innovation trends.
2. Strong knowledge of at least one of the most common object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc…).
3. Basic knowledge of Agile processes and Test Automation approach (front-end, back-end, performance testing) will be considered a plus.
4. All the extra technical competencies (e.g. Docker, Jenkins, DevOps, etc…) will be considered a plus.

• Soft Skills. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders. Professional knowledge of written and spoken English language is required.
