Senior Principal Training Lead/Evangelist – Generative AI Full-time

Job Description

This position combines the responsibilities of a technical instructor, developer, and evangelist. You will engage with generative AI professionals, data scientists, AI engineers, and developers to deliver training, develop instructional content, design sample code and applications, create hands-on labs, write technical blogs, and present at industry forums. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of generative AI, classical AI, machine learning, and cloud architecture, with experience working with large organizations.

Additionally, the qualified candidate will have excellent presentation skills, deep technical knowledge of generative AI, Large Language Models, AI and ML technologies, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have instructional design, evangelism, training, technical documentation, or software development experience. Above all, you will have a passion for learning and sharing it with a wider audience.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding and experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI, ML, Deep Learning, and related technologies.
• Data science background with experience in data transformation, model selection, model training, cross-validation, and large-scale deployment.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and ML models in real-world environments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
• Hands-on experience with OCI, including current OCI Certifications (OCI Generative AI, OCI AI Foundations, OCI Data Science).
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud AI infrastructure and cloud AI/ML services.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in designing and developing instructional materials for technical content.
• Experience in conducting classroom or virtual training for technology services.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Collaborate with OCI Generative AI and Data Science service teams to develop technical training content, hands-on labs, guided learning solutions, and digital courses.
• Deliver live virtual training on generative AI/ML, and data science technologies to customers, partners, and Oracle employees.
• Participate in designing and building OCI Certification exams focused on generative AI, data science, and classical AI.
• Build relationships with OCI product development teams to understand roadmaps and plan for content updates or new training offerings.
• Regularly update training content, hands-on-labs, guided learning solutions, and digital courses in response to new services/features launches.
• Write technical blogs and present OCI Generative AI, and Oracle AI/ML services at industry events such as Oracle Cloud World.
