Overview

As part of PepsiCo’s Digital Evolution, our focus is on using AI to drive “big changes to big things” while responsibly managing the risks AI introduces. The rapid development of AI technology means that the breadth of our risk exposure is wider than ever, with threats of bias, misinformation, security, IP infringement just some of the key risks in a broad threat landscape. Furthermore, new AI regulations are emerging, have created real compliance requirements for PepsiCo. Therefore, a Responsible AI Office is essential to innovate responsibly, adhere to ethical principles, and build the trust necessary for AI adoption.
As a member of the Responsible AI Office, the Senior Manager – Responsible AI Risk Management is responsible for orchestrating risk management across the various AI initiatives of PepsiCo. The role collaborates with AI implementation teams to define and align appropriate risk management strategies in line with the Responsible AI framework and oversee adherence to the framework across the project lifecycle.
