We are seeking a highly skilled SAP AI/GenAI Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GenWizard delivery use cases for S/4HANA, experience in S/4HANA project delivery, and excellent coordination and soft skills. Knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies is also essential. This role involves direct interaction with clients, from deal origination to the execution of delivery, ensuring the selection of the right use cases, defining pilot approaches, and measuring the effectiveness of use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients from the inception of the deal, understanding their needs, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use Case Selection: Identify and select appropriate GenWizard use cases that align with client requirements and project goals.
• Pilot Approach Definition: Develop and define pilot approaches to test the effectiveness of selected use cases, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes.
• Effectiveness Measurement: Implement measures to assess the impact and effectiveness of the use cases, providing insightful feedback and recommendations.
• Delivery Execution: Lead the execution of delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
• Co-ordination & Communication: Maintain strong coordination and communication with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on project objectives and progress.

Necessary Knowledge / Skills:

• S/4HANA Project Delivery Experience: Proven experience in delivering S/4HANA projects, with a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP AI/GenAI delivery use cases for S/4HANA, with the ability to identify and select suitable use cases for clients.
• Coordination & Soft Skills: Exceptional coordination and soft skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.
• Client Engagement: Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of use cases and provide actionable insights.
