We are in search of a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to enhance our team.

You will take charge of creating, building, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms across various domains, such as NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities

• Create, build, and implement machine learning models and algorithms across various domains
• Construct and manage scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and evaluation
• Employ machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn to develop and optimize models
• Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and perform statistical analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate machine learning models into production settings
• Deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Perform experiments, assess models, and refine them based on performance metrics

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field
• Strong expertise in areas like machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP)
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production settings
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• B2+ English level proficiency
