Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to modernize legacy systems and integrate AI solutions seamlessly into enterprise infrastructures
• Manage cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale transformation projects aligned with client business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, ensure buy-in, and drive successful project execution
• Provide technical leadership on AI and cloud architecture while addressing scalability and security requirements
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Conduct workshops and presentations to align teams and communicate progress to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging technologies and best practices

Required skills

• Strong experience in enterprise IT modernization and AI-driven solutions
• Expertise in cloud platforms, AI architecture, and transformation methodologies
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and engage with senior stakeholders

Preferred skills

• Certifications in AI or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with DevOps tools and automation in large-scale IT transformations
• Knowledge of compliance and data governance in enterprise modernization
