Your tasks

• A thorough review of existing literature on surface extraction in 2D and 3D computer vision
• Deep Surface Reconstruction: Investigation of Machine learning / Deep Learning-based methods vs traditional methods
• Exploration of selected surface extraction frameworks and algorithms, applied to 2D and 3D Microwave Imaging
• Development of new concepts and methods for solving surface extraction from 2D/3D Microwave Imaging in general

Your qualifications

• Studies in the field of Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• Solid theoretical background in image processing techniques, 3D Computer Vision and 3D Computer Graphics
• Solid theoretical background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning in particular
• Practical experience with applied Deep Learning Models for 2D/3D image data, Python and Deep Learning frameworks like Tensorflow, KERAS and pyTorch
• Excellent performance in your field of studies in both theory and practice
