RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision and Coordination:

• Oversee the daily operations of all operational areas, including Product Designing, Product Engineering, IT, Scrum, and Product Management.
• Coordinate with area leaders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.

Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in strategic planning and support the execution of operational plans.
• Monitor progress towards operational goals and adjust strategies as necessary.

Continuous Improvement and Optimization:

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization within the organization.
• Implement improvement initiatives and ensure their proper execution and follow-up.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead and mentor the operations team, including the Operations Analyst.
• Develop training and professional development programs for the operations team.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Deep knowledge of operations management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience overseeing multiple operational areas.
