About the Role

Are you passionate about Generative AI and eager to design groundbreaking AI solutions? We are looking for an AI Solution Architect to lead the development and implementation of GenAI-driven systems. In this role, you will architect scalable GenAI solutions, guide technical teams, and ensure the successful integration of these technologies into our global organization. Reporting to the global Data & AI team, you will enable, promote, and drive a data-driven culture by leveraging generative AI to create business value.

How You Will Do It

• Design and architect AI solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI projects, from concept to deployment
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in AI/ML development and solution architecture with a focus on Generative AI in Microsoft Azure
• Experience with cutting-edge Generative AI models, including GPT, and familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies such as Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects
• Solid work experience and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, or Java
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure Container app, Bot framework, Azure Devops) for app hosting and deployment
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, nltk, spacy)
• Familiar with Generative AI development frameworks and RAG process with vector databases (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Chroma)
• Competent in SAP Business Warehouse experience is a plus
• Analytical, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial, with conceptual thinking and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical information into valuable and tangible business terms in English
