AI Strategy Lead (Berlin) Full-time

We created an approach that allows us to implement Machine Learning that realises business value. Our ML engineers master a broad skillset with a strong focus on ML engineering, data engineering and MLOps. Working side by side with our customers, often in teams with people from both sides, we ensure to deliver valuable ML solutions.

What? [You’ll be doing]

As our AI strategy lead, you’ll be the (commercial) driving force of our Berlin hub. Your responsibility goes from customer acquisition and growing a network among c-level startup/scaleup Berlin to shaping projects. This means you will be impacting and creating AI strategies for well-known Berlin scale-ups. You do so using our ML Audit ( https://enjins.com/audit/) approach that we used at >75 scale-ups in the first 5 years of Enjins. Mean while, together with our Berlin based tech lead you grow our team. We currently have office on the Merantix AI campus just north of the Berlin Mitte district.

In this role, there is plenty of room for your ideas. Our footprint is growing fast and we’ll support your growth ambitions as much as possible. We’re flexible, and as long as you’re proactive and take responsibility for your own work, we’ll be a great match!

Some of the responsibilities [but not limited to;]

• Using your (consulting) background to create AI strategies for Berlin based scale-ups
• Growing a network in the tech scene of Berlin and acquiring new customers
• Connecting with venture capital players for our due diligence value proposition
• Growing our Berlin based team of ML engineers
• Grow towards the future C-level of the Enjins Berlin hub

Within 1 month you’ll:

• Finish the Enjins onboarding program, in which you will understand how Enjins work.
• Be onboarded in our sales way of working

Within 3 months you’ll:

• Start your first audit at a customer
• Doing sales & network talks together with our (Berlin based) CEO
• Lead the ML team to new heights and bring your experience to make them business aware.

Within 6 months you’ll:

• You’ll identify new propositions / tools / methods / processes that work best.
• Have hired additional ML Engineers to join the growing Enjins’ ML team.

• Created new AI strategies for Berlin based tech scale-ups.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• You have 4+ years experience in a strategy consulting or likewise background, preferably in a data/tech space or with technical projects.
• You are not afraid to connect with our clients on board level (CTO, CFO, CIO, etc) to achieve maximum results.
• You are not afraid to talk about topics like machine learning, cloud infrastructure and data engineering.
• You are fluent in German and English and are eligible to work in Berlin.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and like to take responsibility.
• You have the ambition to grow your sales and business development skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• You have experience with machine learning and know how to create ML models and bring them to production.
• You consider yourself ambitious, responsible, pragmatic.
• You bring a network a long in the Berlin tech space.
