AI/ML Engineer Full-time

Job Description

Infosys is seeking qualified and experienced data science professional with expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Python Development, with a strong focus on the retail and marketing domains. Candidates should have a strong background in developing AI models and deploying them using python. The ideal candidate will lead the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions, utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance and optimize marketing strategies. This role blends strategic leadership with advanced technical expertise to drive transformative business results. A solid understanding of FMCG, CPG, and their services is essential. You will have the chance to develop value-adding consulting solutions for clients by integrating various cloud components. Additionally, you will lead the team from onsite and facilitate seamless communication between offshore and onsite teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Candidate must live within commuting distance of Denton, TX or be willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 4 years of experience in developing programs/APIs using Python/Pyspark
• Experience in Cloud platforms (e.g., ADF, Data bricks, Azure) and their AI services.
• Consulting experience in Marketing Analytics, Attribution & Optimization to MMM clients, and guide teams working on these businesses to grow their abilities in providing the same
• Experience in developing and implementing algorithms to automate data cleaning, normalization, and enrichment processes
• Build and maintain machine learning models to automate data process updates and improve data discoverability
• Ability to write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled
• Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data quality needs and translate them into actionable data science solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending innovative AI solutions to address their unique business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Data discovery, Data collection and Processing, Data transformation, Machine learning models and Business insights generation
• Enable and enforce on-time and quality deliverables for clients. Work closely with Data & Modeling teams in delivering top notch and on-time marketing analytics insights
• Debugging codes when required and troubleshooting any Python-related queries.
• Deep understanding of Marketing analytics solutions and analytic approaches
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• High Impact client communication and Project Management

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
