Job Title: Lead Java Developer

Job Overview: We seek a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain Java-based applications and software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design efficient, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Work closely with software architects and project managers to meet project milestones.

Requirements:

• BTech/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java fundamentals for more than 10 years
• Proficiency in Java EE, Springboot, Hibernate, ORM.
• Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP).
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Certification in Java programming (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer).
