As a part of the team, in this dynamic role:

• You will support a portfolio of technical, high-end, tailor-made solutions;
• You will handle data to produce optimal, high level, conceptual designs for clients’ projects;
• You will dive into data processing and optimizing AI inputs with large datasets;
• You will evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and machine learning models for tasks, as well as building and training working versions of those models using Python and other open-source technologies;
• You will enhance model performance;
• You will integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring scalability;
• You will work across client teams to develop and architect Gen AI solutions;
• You will thrive in a global environment, developing and managing innovative solutions for customers;
• You will work with leadership and stakeholders to identify Gen AI opportunities and promote strategy.

#WinningRequirements

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related STEM field;
• 2+ years of experience programming in Python;
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) will be considered a plus;
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable API solutions and custom integrations between cloud-based systems;
• 2+ years of experience designing solutions to address client requirements;
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud computing and database systems;
• Fluent knowledge of English language;
• Passion and curiosity for AI industry;
• Be a collaborative person;
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues;
• Able to conduct complex analyses and communicate them clearly to target audiences.
