Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines using Databricks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI and analytics solutions.
• Advise clients on Databricks best practices, architecture design, and performance tuning.
• Lead hands-on workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within Databricks environments.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand Databricks solutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI & Data trends and Databricks advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Extensive hands-on expertise with Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing data architectures.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client advisory abilities.

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Business-level (JLPT N1 or equivalent, required for client interactions).
• English: Fluent (required for documentation and international collaboration).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-driven big data projects using Databricks.
• Knowledge of machine learning models and MLOps frameworks.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and cloud security best practices.
