We are currently seeking a Gen AI Developer – Irving, Texas to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This is a permanent, fulltime, salaried position with benefits. Not open to C2C or C2H.

Gen AI Developer

Basic, Required Qualifications:

Minimum seven years’ hands-on experience in:

• LLMs (in previous projects) and worked on product development using LLMs
• Chat and IVR
• Speech to Text using Whisper/Google TTS etc.
• Vector Database & Graph DB (Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j)
• Transformer/Neural Network model
• Open AI APIs, Open Source LLMs (Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral etc.)
• Frameworks like Langchain, Haystack; Agentic Workflows using those frameworks
• Creating Embedding using MPNET, Ada models
• Advanced techniques like HyDE, MMR, LLM reranking for effective semantic search

Other Desired Qualifications:

• GenAI, Cloud certification any
• Banking experience will be plus

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
