Senior AI LLM Developer Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI LLM Developer to join our team for a cutting-edge proof of concept project aimed at integrating AI services into a clients foundational AI platform and business applications, particularly in Consumer Care operations.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Develop MVPs for language translation and AI-assisted conversation solutions within an 8-week timeline
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to integrate AI capabilities effectively
• Ensure highly accurate and fluent translations between multiple languages
• Create AI algorithms to suggest potential replies for care agents
• Integrate these AI functionalities into the existing Care Agent Tooling infrastructure
• Test and refine AI models to meet project goals
• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements relevant to the project
• Document the development processes and results
• Provide technical guidance and training to other team members involved in the project

Requirements

• Qualifications in Computer Science or a related field
• Background in developing AI solutions, especially with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Knowledge of AI model testing and integration
• Skills in software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly
• Capability to work under tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on AI solutions in customer care settings
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Understanding of additional programming languages such as Java or C++
• Showcase of prior successful AI-based projects
