About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in how to apply artificial intelligence, especially generative AI to Telecom use cases. As an AI Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying and operating cutting-edge generative AI applications to solve complex problems and create new, innovative solutions.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and implement applications, using generative AI using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Operate the existing solutions in a cost effective manner in any Cloud Environment
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields.
• Optimize and fine-tune generative models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions, algorithms, and processes.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and libraries as needed.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in AI and machine learning best practices.

The skills you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying applications, using generative AI models.
• Proven experience with LangFlow, LangChain or similar frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and handling large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
• Publications or contributions to the AI/ML community are a plus.
