Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning technologies to revolutionize animation processes, from pre-production to post-production.
• Innovate in the field of character animation and simulation, using AI to create more lifelike, dynamic, and emotionally expressive characters.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• A passion for animation and a visionary approach to integrating technology with artistic processes.
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, preferably with exposure to animation, gaming, or visual effects industries.
• Strong foundation in AI algorithms, data processing, and computational models, with a track record of applying these in creative and innovative ways.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Huggingface.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across creative and technical teams.
• A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Animation, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in developing AI tools for animation, such as automated rigging, facial animation, or natural language processing for script analysis.
