Job Description & Summary

Your tasks

• You will help develop and structure Analytics and Applied AI offers and promote them to our high-profile clients and prospects from various industries, such as Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Manufacturing and Public Services.
• You will, together with your team, deliver high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders during project delivery.
• You enable your clients to innovatively leverage their data by proposing and developing the most suitable data driven analytics and AI solutions according to the clients’ needs and the availability/properties of their data.
• You help your clients to advance digitization with algorithms and analyzes of various data sources. The projects you are leading include the technical and analytical development and optimization of existing solutions.
• You proactively contribute your technical expertise in your specialist topics be it general AI/ML or be it focused skills such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• You engage with stakeholders, question the status quo, seek the information you need, understand the challenge at hand and come up with tailor made project proposals, creative and simple solutions and execute them.
• You apply and continue learning best-practices in technology, data science and consulting approaches.

Your profile

• You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferably in data science, computer science, computer vision, NLP or other AI-related fields and 8+ years of work experience. Having multiple years of consulting experience is a strong plus.
• You have at least five years’ practical experience in developing data science models, machine learning and/or neural network technologies.
• You have an established network within at least one of the following industries in Switzerland: Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Industrial Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer or Public Services.
• You have a track record of managing teams and complex engagements; excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong work ethic and drive for results.
• You can work independently and are communicative, open, flexible and team-oriented.
• You are fluent in English (German is a strong plus) and are willing to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally also internationally.
