AI Compliance Officer Full-time

Responsibilities

1.Develop, refine, and lead the implementation of the organization’s Responsible AI (RAI) compliance solution development aligning it with regulatory requirements and ethical best practices.
2.Hands-on experience in IBM OpenPages, Open scale and AI Fact sheet building workflows, approvals, integration with other legacy systems, Azure Directory integration, Cognos Dashboard creation
3.Design and implement governance solution that ensure ethical AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
4.Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, C2PA) and internal governance policies.
5.Lead risk assessments to identify ethical, legal, and operational risks in AI systems, with a focus on fairness, transparency, accountability, and bias mitigation.
6.Create AI risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with technical teams to address identified risks and ensure ethical outcomes in AI-driven decision-making processes.
7.Develop AI auditing protocols and perform regular audits of AI models and systems to ensure they comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Monitor and stay informed on emerging AI regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks

• Good verbal & written communication skills – articulate value to delivery leads, project managers & other unit heads and negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Technical knowledge and expertise on AI, ML, Data Science, and software development methodologies
• Structured problem solving and consulting skill-sets
• Program management of large projects involving multiple stakeholders
