What You’ll Be Doing:

• Using a customer-centric approach to work dynamically across product lines to drive the internal positioning of an AI platform used for productizing new AI-based products across Synopsys.
• Interacting with various internal stakeholders and bridging across software R&D in your group and multiple internal partners to establish feasibility and expand into new and existing markets.
• Taking ownership and expressing leadership in driving both new product definition as well as development and deployment, in tight collaboration with software R&D.
• Leading a team of solutions engineers in driving innovation, product definition, and deployment of AI-based solutions.
• Collaborating with internal development teams and customers to drive the productization of solutions in the AI and EDA software domain.
• Ensuring every aspect of the process is covered, from conceptualization to market launch.

• Driving the internal positioning of AI platforms, enhancing our product offerings across a wide spectrum of product domains.
• Fostering collaboration between software R&D and internal partners, ensuring successful product development and deployment.
• Expanding Synopsys’ market reach by establishing feasibility and exploring new and existing markets for AI-based products.
• Leading the definition and development of new products, contributing to Synopsys’ AI innovation pipeline.
• Enhancing the AI and EDA solutions portfolio, maintaining Synopsys’ leadership in the industry.
• Ensuring seamless collaboration with internal development teams, driving product success.

What You’ll Need:

• 12+ years of broad experience with EDA Solutions.
• Multiple years of experience with AI Solutions preferred.
• MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Proven experience in cross-team stakeholder management in strategic projects.
• Experience in driving new product introduction.
