We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital presence. This is a key role, working directly with the CEO to establish and execute an ecommerce strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 3-5 years of DTC experience and a data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in DTC ecommerce management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (Shopify, etc).
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user experience.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a startup environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with emerging ecommerce technologies and tools.
- Passion for music, live events, or hearing protection innovations.
