About the Role:

• Develop ads relevance models and ranking algorithms for search ads optimization.
• Implement NLP technologies for query understanding, including semantic matching and bidword optimization.
• Work on enhancing CTR/CVR model accuracy through data analysis and feature engineering.
• Optimize ads pacing algorithms and control traffic for improved ad performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to define ad features and strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Search Ads, or related fields.
• Expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, Ranking systems, or Recommendation systems.
• Experience with search ads technologies, including ad relevance models and monetization products.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Go.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
