Vice President, Product Management – AI Cloud Infrastructure Full-time

We are seeking a Vice President, Product Management, AI Cloud Infrastructure for DGX Cloud. What You’ll Be Doing:

• As Vice President, Product Management – AI Cloud Infrastructure for DGX Cloud, you will be at the forefront of defining and driving our DGX Cloud AI infrastructure service strategy and execution.
• Meeting the needs of our internal and global customers by defining our product and delivering the foundational Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) through engagement with our Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partners and our internal development teams.
• Driving customer experience and operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration with our Engineering, Operations, and SRE teams
• Building cloud platforms and services at enterprise scale through your knowledge of emerging cloud and AI/ML technologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop services and product offerings that meet the evolving needs of our customers
• We’re looking for leaders with a strong technical background, deep expertise in systems architecture, infrastructure management and cloud services, and a proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, and/or IaaS product management. Your role will involve the development of DGX Cloud IaaS collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying ahead in a constantly evolving technical landscape while directly engaging with our CSP partners and our GTM teams in developing services and product offerings that leverage the ecosystem of DGX Cloud partners.

What We Need To See

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 25+ years relevant work experience.
• 15+ years direct people management experience
• In-depth understanding of cloud-native technologies, AI/ML infrastructure and the cloud computing business models
• Ability to determine market segments, target use cases, and differentiation opportunities by working with DGX Cloud customers, internal research, and engineering teams.
• Capacity to balance high-level strategy with detailed product requirements and roadmap planning, working closely with customers and engineering
• Ability to align and motivate others, both within the direct team as well as across the broader organization and cross-functional partners
• Skilled at effectively leading multifunctional teams and influencing senior executives to drive significant improvements in business performance.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Technical and Operational experience with global, scaled Infrastructure supporting multiple end user use cases and requirements.
• Technical experience in IaaS operational frameworks, Kuberbetes and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML training and inference, Large Language Models (LLMs), Gen AI, Open Source Software (OSS) libraries and model gardens, Machine Learning frameworks
• Deep technical expertise in compute, storage, networking cloud systems level technologies serving enterprise grade workloads
• Hands-on working experience in delivering a cloud service on one or more of the major CSPs
• Track record of building and growing diverse technical product management teams to deliver cloud services

The base salary range is 480,000 USD – 690,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
