Looking for senior resources with 10+ years of experience in the industry and at least 4 to 5 experience in leading AI/ML initiatives. Candidates will be responsible for leading the AI/ML architecture in THS products and owning the R&D roadmap in this area.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical consultation & issue analysis in AI/ML areas to the product team
• Define technical strategies aligned with business goals for the overall data science infrastructure and systems architecture.
• Provide leadership and guidance to data science teams, ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Drive the development of data science solutions, integrating machine learning, analytics, and big data technologies.
• Continuously optimize data science models, algorithms, and systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure data governance policies, security measures, and regulatory compliance are in place.
• Collaborate with various lines of business to understand needs and align data science efforts with organizational objectives.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts, strategies, and solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Essential Experience

• Deep Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning & deep learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, and knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Infrastructure, DevOps & MLOps skills: Experience with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Data Engineering Skills: Understanding of data engineering principles, data processing, and data storage technologies like Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL databases.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Creating monitoring systems to track model performance, data drift, and system health in real-time.
• Implementing solutions for model retraining, version control, and ensuring models remain accurate and up-to-date.
• Knowledge in cloud computing concepts and public cloud deployments AWS (preferable)
• Exposure to Agile methodologies & processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent Analytical skills
