Our Information Security & Compliance (ISC) group are looking for a Senior Specialist – Cyber Solutions Engineering (AI & Automation) to join the team!

Our Senior Specialist Cyber Solutions engineer role will be responsible to design, deploy, and maintain systems that leverage AI and automation technologies to optimize IT operations and business processes

Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, implement and maintain AI & automated tools and processes in security area, driving AI & automation from an end-to-end perspective, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security Operations, and Engineering, to integrate cyber tools and automation into existing infrastructure.
• Continuous improvement of existing AI & automation tools, to ensure value added from automation.
• Automation Strategy: Ability to identify which processes can be fit for AI or automated, create roadmaps, and lead teams to implement automation strategies.

What you will bring to the role:

• 4+ years’ experience in AI and Automation engineering
• AI and Machine Learning Fundamentals expertise: understanding of AI Algorithms and familiarity with machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and their use in automating tasks like predictive maintenance, customer support, or IT operations (AIOps)
• Data Preprocessing knowledge: the ability to collect, clean, and preprocess data to feed AI models.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) knowledge: for automating customer support, chatbots, or document processing using AI models like GPT or BERT
• Strong expertise in Automation Frameworks and Tools
• Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), using RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive tasks in IT and business processes, and proficiency in Orchestration Tools and IT automation platforms like Ansible, vRealize for automating deployment, configuration management, and system monitoring.
• System Administration experience, with deep knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows system administration, focusing on automation of tasks like patch management, backup, and performance monitoring.
• Monitoring and Observability expertise, skilled in integrating AI with monitoring tools to predict and prevent system issues.
• Good understanding of AI Security, of how to secure AI models and ensure data privacy, especially when dealing with sensitive data in AI-driven automation.
• Data Engineering: Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, data pipelines, and data integration for AI applications.
• Big Data: Familiarity with big data platforms and their use in handling and automating large-scale data processing tasks.
• Business Process Automation (BPA): expertise in Workflow Automation, with proficiency in automating business processes using tools using Microsoft Power Automate, and AI in BPA, with skills in integrating AI to automate tasks like document classification, customer service automation, and decision-making processes.
• DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Proficiency in designing and automating CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI to ensure seamless deployment of AI applications and infrastructure changes.
• Automation Scripting: Skills in scripting languages like Python, C++, Bash, or PowerShell, Jave to automate routine tasks like system monitoring, patching, or deployment.

Desirable:

• Cloud Platforms expertise: Expertise in managing and automating cloud environments on platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, using services such as Lambda, Cloud Functions, or Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Skills in Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible for automating the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure.
• Cloud AI Services: Familiarity with AI services provided by cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI) to integrate pre-built AI models into applications and infrastructure.
• Ability to create Dashboards in MS Sentinel, MS Power Bi.
• Securing Automated Systems knowledge, specifically of securing automated workflows, RPA systems, and AI models to protect against unauthorized access, data leaks, and potential vulnerabilities.
• Experience in Database Management, specifically managing and automating databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), as well as cloud-based databases.
