We are in search of a Program Manager to lead and manage the execution of technical programs focused on Generative AI and AI/ML technologies. This role will be responsible for aligning technical program objectives with strategic goals, collaborating with stakeholders, developing comprehensive program plans, and driving effective communication across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of technical programs focused on Generative AI and AI/ML technologies.
• Partner with senior leadership to align technical program objectives with strategic goals and vision.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define technical program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical program plans that incorporate AI and ML solutions.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and support.
• Monitor technical program progress and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technical program management function.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in GenAI and AI technologies to enhance program delivery.
• Partner with various Engineering, IT, Legal, and Security teams to drive innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale technical programs, specifically with AI and GenAI technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a technical program manager with a track record of managing complex technical programs.
• A background and prior experience in product management is a big plus.
• Experience with EDA tools and semiconductor industry is a big plus
• Experience with AI and GenAI technologies.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in a technical management role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
