Job Description

Help us build solutions driven by world-class AI. We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to help deliver our award-winning technology into powerful solutions for our customers across a range of industries.

As a Senior Product Specialist in the AI Engineering within R&D, you will be a key bridge between domain expertise and the technology and algorithms needed for successful implementations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze Business Requirements: Design new functionality based on the tools and frameworks available in the Automation team.
• Evaluate AI Use Cases: Understand the viability and value of new AI-based use cases.
• Create Documentation and Training Materials: Develop comprehensive documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with requirement owners and other stakeholders from across the business and our customers.
• Verify and Validate Software: Ensure software functionality is verified and validated in all phases of software development.
• Share Knowledge: Guide and train colleagues, sharing your expertise.
• Build User Trust: Help build user trust in AI products through Explainable AI.

Due to IFS’s commitment to creating customer solutions, it’s not a prerequisite for our Senior Product Specialist to have deep technical knowledge of fields such as machine learning, although we would expect you to have a passion for AI product building and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in IFS product building or AI product building, demonstrated through successfully completed projects.
• Passion for Innovation: A passion for building new and innovative Industrial AI solutions, with experience working with a technical product set.
• Proactive Attitude: An enthusiastic attitude and proactivity when faced with challenges.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• International Collaboration: Experience collaborating with international teams.
• Technical Communication: Ability to distill complex technical ideas into solutions for a non-technical audience.
• Thought Leadership: Experience as an evangelist or thought leader for disruptive solutions.
• Educational Background: A university degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Technical Experience: Experience with AI, IoT, or other automation-supporting technologies is highly beneficial.
