In Azure AI, we’re ensuring responsible development and deployment of the next generation of cutting-edge generative AI models like GPT-4. If you join our Responsible AI team, you will join an organization committed to partnering with stakeholders across policy, research, and engineering to help every product team in Microsoft ship these evolving technologies responsibly.
On the Responsible AI team, we work to ensure that each new product or technology we build is developed and used responsibly. We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager in Responsible AI who will drive Responsible AI product innovation to design and develop new technologies to address the potential risks of emerging AI and enable developers to successfully and safely use it in real-world applications.
This role requires a deep understanding of generative AI use cases and responsible AI, a keen sense of product to support responsible AI commitments while keeping product innovation in mind, and technical background to develop responsible AI measurement and mitigation techniques.

Product Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 – $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 – $250,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
