As a Senior Offering Management Lead specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Products at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of driving our Industrial Automation business through cutting-edge AI solutions. Your pivotal role involves developing and executing strategies to propel growth and profitability in the realm of AI-driven industrial automation. Leveraging your deep understanding of technologies, strategic acumen, and collaborative prowess, you will steer the development and deployment of AI products that redefine industry standards and drive Honeywell’s success.

Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, your contributions will be instrumental across strategic leadership, revenue augmentation, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive positioning, resource optimization, risk mitigation, and cost-effectiveness, cementing Honeywell’s leadership in AI-driven industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute AI-centric offering strategies to fuel growth and profitability.
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities and customer requirements in the AI space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and launch innovative AI products.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of AI offerings, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics to seize growth prospects.
• Drive profitability and expansion through robust pricing and revenue optimization strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to discern customer needs and market trends.
• Provide adept leadership and guidance to the AI product management team.

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in offering management or related roles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching software solutions
• Ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for cross-functional collaboration.
