Your Role:

• Architect and refine our machine learning systems, taking responsibility from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functioning within our product environment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine algorithms that elevate code generation and comprehension, enhancing the developer experience.
• Champion the design, testing, and deployment of new product functionalities and improvements, driving forward our mission to revolutionize the industry.

Requirements

What We Need from You:

• A trailblazer with at least 4 years of machine learning experience in a software development context, eager to innovate and lead.
• Solid grounding in machine learning principles, with the ability to apply mathematical concepts effectively in real-world applications.
• Expertise in Python and C++, with a track record of leveraging these languages to solve complex problems.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A strong educational foundation with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience with transformer models, including pre-training and fine-tuning methodologies.
• Proficiency in leading ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Huggingface.
• Practical experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) to power scalable, efficient ML solutions.
