Senior Manager – Kore.AI Technical Lead Full-time

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Kore.AI Technical Lead
In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants powered by Kore.AI. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement conversational solutions that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Design and develop intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI platform.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance conversational capabilities.
• Integrate chatbots with various enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Kore.AI solutions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Kore.AI Technical Lead or similar role.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience in integrating chatbots with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Kore.AI certification is a plus.
• Experience with other conversational AI platforms is a bonus.
