We are seeking an experienced and visionary Leader to lead our team focused on Consumer Goods & Services Generative AI team. This strategic role requires a unique blend of industry expertise and AI knowledge to drive client engagement and deliver exceptional results. As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for thought leadership, program management, proposal development, client servicing, and initiatives.

What will you focus on?

Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Spearhead thought leadership initiatives within the CG&S industry, creating innovative point of views, whitepapers, and participating in industry events and workshops to position our organization as a leader in AI-driven innovation.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging creative thinking, experimentation, and continuous learning in the field of generative AI.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Lead the development of comprehensive proposals that address client requirements, leveraging a deep understanding of both industry dynamics and AI technologies.
• Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to design innovative AI solutions that address their business needs.
• Ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions to clients, overseeing multiple project executions simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.

Team Management:

• Partner with Senior Leadership and cross functional teams to align generative AI client servicing strategies with organizational goals and drive impactful outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of client servicing professionals, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.

What skills and qualifications do you need?

• Proven track record of success in consulting roles within the CG&S industry, with deep industry knowledge and understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Good understanding of generative AI technologies and their potential applications in meeting client requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and drive business growth.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
