What you will do

• Architect end to end ML / AI features which are robust and scalable.
• Define metrics for model performance aligned with the business objective and requirement.
• Build custom models & models for exceptions for different use cases.
• To go deeper into the technical solution and ensure quality of the feature releases.
• Mentor junior members of the team so that they handle complex problems on their own.
• Improve efficiencies of the processes of AI quality .
• Keep up with the advances of Generative AI and bring relevant thought leadership to the team in the space.

What you should bring

• 12 + years of overall experience with minimum of 9 + years in the domain of Machine Learning, AI, Analytics
• Should have built at least 2 AI systems and taken them to production.
• Should have deep knowledge in NLP and Structured data related solutions and know-how of computer vision technology.
• Strong in one of the frameworks Pytorch, TensorFlow and experience in optimizing solutions for performances.
• Deep knowledge of building conversational systems using traditional and Generative approaches is preferred.
• Previous experience of working closely with engineering teams in driving performance and deployment conversations.
• Should do quick Proof of Concepts to explain the art of possible to stakeholders.
