Job Description & Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engagement (Senior) Manager to join our Digital Factory team at PwC Austria.

This role is integral to driving innovative AI solutions and ensuring seamless delivery for our clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI technologies, significant consulting experience, and a deep understanding of Azure cloud platforms. You will lead strategic client engagements and ensure the successful execution of complex AI-driven projects.

Your tasks in our team:

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and success in AI-driven projects. Develop deep relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
• Project Management: Oversee the design, development and implementation of AI solutions tailored to address client challenges. Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Consulting Expertise: Leverage your consulting experience to advise clients on AI strategies, technology selection, and roadmap development, helping them navigate their digital transformation journey
• Azure Cloud Expertise: Utilize your Azure cloud experience to architect and implement scalable AI solutions that align with client goals and technical requirements
• Innovation & Strategy: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients

You are interested in this position? Then we would be happy if you could provide following skills:

• Proven Experience in AI: Extensive experience in designing and deploying AI solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLM), Generative AI (GenAI), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) in a consulting or professional services environment
• Consulting Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, with a strong ability to lead client-facing projects, manage relationships, and provide strategic insights
• Azure Expertise: Demonstrable experience in working with Azure cloud technologies, including AI, machine learning, and data services
• Project Leadership: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering AI projects on time and within budget
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)

Your annual gross salary would be at least EUR 76.000 All-In (on a full-time basis). Dependent on your qualifications and expertise we will discuss your actual salary during the interview.
