What you’ll be doing: –

As Senior Manager, you will own, drive and partner on use cases driven by personalization models and lead a team of data scientists to solution, design and implement the same

• Leading technical delivery of AI/ML use cases in personalization with the help of a team of data scientists.
• Driving model design and execution best practices.
• Collaborating with business and other key stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate delivery plans and ongoing progress and share updates with leadership.
• Ensuring collaboration with peers across teams in a global environment to drive best possible solutioning of personalization use cases and leverage best practices in technical and other areas
• Managing team performance and mentoring team members.
• Creating culture of continuous learning and collaboration in the team, with emphasis on state of the art documentation, process automation and knowledge sharing.

What we’re looking for:

You are a seasoned data science leader with hands on analytical and coding skills, eager to work in a collaborative environment with global teams to drive AI/ML application in business problems, develop end to end AI driven solutions and communicate insights and findings to leadership. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to interact with various stakeholders and global cross functional teams to implement AI driven business solutions. You are excited about driving high value outcomes through AI and enjoy mentoring and leading data scientists to deliver large scale AI solutions.

You’ll need to have: –

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Data science experience, with three or more years of experience in leading and implementing production use cases in the area of personalization including recommendation
• Experience in designing and building large scale personalization solutions with proven business benefits
• Experience as a data science leader using a combination of business understanding, technical solutioning and quantitative skills to influence diverse stakeholders thereby increasing adoption and alignment.
• Experience in Deep Learning and application of transformer-based architecture for various use cases.
• Worked with diverse inputs, including (but not limited to) text, clickstream and sequential data.
• Working knowledge of packages like Pytorch, Keras and Tensorflow as well as basic SQL, BigQuery for ETL and analysis.

Even better if you have one or more of the following: –

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field
• Papers and patents demonstrating competency in designing and implementing successful personalization-based use cases
• Understanding of real time personalization systems
