Senior Machine Learning Engineer (GenAI) Full-time

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing AI applications and contributing to cutting-edge project in the Supply Chain Management area for our customer from the pharmaceutical sector.

It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it’s your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Responsibilities

• Writing production Python code which is testable and scalable
• Implementing data science solutions with meticulous design, testing, and error handling
• Working on Data processing for GenAI applications and use cases related to summarization, chatbots, and more
• Utilize APIs of existing models for various tasks
• Building questions and answers sets to evaluate RAG applications
• Determine the optimal chunk sizes and document splitting approaches (semantic or vanilla) to improve application performance

Requirements

• 4+ year of Python software development experience in AI projects
• Deep knowledge about GenAI, Neural Net and NLP
• Experience in AI development with e.g. Langchain, OpenAI
• Experience with Docker and implementing solutions in cloud environments: Azure or AWS
• Understanding design patterns and system design
• Understanding Web API development (Flask, FastAPI, etc.)
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
