YOUR ROLE

As a Senior IT Strategy Consultant specializing in Generative AI at Capgemini with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM), framework, and vendor selection, your role would encompass a blend of strategic planning, technical expertise, and client advisory services. Here are some of the key responsibilities and requirements for this position:

• IT Operations Management (ITOM) Integration: Developing strategies for integrating Generative AI technologies within the IT operations framework of client organizations to optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Framework Selection: Evaluating and recommending suitable IT frameworks that align with Generative AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient utilization of resources.
• Vendor Selection: Conducting vendor assessments and selecting appropriate Generative AI technology vendors based on clients’ specific requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Strategic Planning: Creating comprehensive strategic plans that outline the roadmap for implementing Generative AI solutions within the ITOM framework, considering factors such as scalability, security, and compliance.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrating a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and vendors to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on selection and implementation strategies.
• Project Management: Leading and overseeing project implementations related to Generative AI within the ITOM framework, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
• Client Advisory Services: Collaborating with clients to understand their unique business needs, providing tailored advisory services on Generative AI adoption, framework integration, and vendor selection to drive business outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and challenges associated with Generative AI implementation within the ITOM framework, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Keeping abreast of industry trends, advancements in Generative AI technologies, and emerging frameworks to recommend innovative solutions for clients and enhance service offerings.

YOUR PROFILE

• Client-Facing Experience: Experience in engaging with clients, understanding their business requirements, and providing strategic advisory services tailored to their needs.
• Consulting Experience: Extensive experience in advisory consulting services, preferably in IT strategy, Generative AI, and ITOM.
• Generative AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and vendor selection in a consulting capacity.
• IT Operations Management Background: Strong understanding of ITOM principles, processes, and tools, with prior experience in integrating AI solutions within IT operations.
• Enterprise Architecture: Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and aligning IT strategies, Generative AI solutions, and vendor selections within the broader enterprise architecture framework.
• Consulting Background: Proven track record in providing strategic advisory services related to IT strategy, enterprise architecture, Generative AI, and ITOM for clients across various industries.
• Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience in working with Generative AI technologies and implementing them within the context of enterprise architecture to drive business value.
• IT Operations Management: Familiarity with ITOM principles and practices, including integrating AI solutions into IT operations to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with a focus on multi-stakeholder coordination, budget management, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with enterprise architecture goals.
