About the Team
The QOD team at SAP CSI CXS is a cross-regional team dedicated to cloud service provisioning, cloud platform operations, CI/CD, and DevOps for various SAP cloud products. We prioritize collaboration, diversity, innovation, and excellence.
SAP CALM (Cloud Application Lifecycle Management) is a critical service we support, spanning five data centers in different regions with over 6600 enterprise tenants. It includes 60+ microservices and daily feature releases by multiple development teams.
What You’ll Do:
In this position, you will be part of a talented and passionate team ensuring the reliability and performance of our SaaS products and services. Your primary task will be to configure and integrate SAP BTP services into SAP Cloud ALM. Additional responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing the SAP Cloud ALM runtime, and supporting microservice development teams. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with product development, quality assurance, architecture board, and cloud platform service providers. In this role, you’ll handle both development and operations tasks.
