Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

2. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing product strategy and priorities.
3. Product Definition: Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
4. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales, to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
6. Project Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, coordinating activities and resources to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
7. User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring products are intuitive, engaging, and deliver a seamless user experience.
8. Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI-powered products, tracking performance and iterating based on data-driven insights.
9. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive adoption and retention of AI-powered products.
10. Thought Leadership: Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI technology and industry trends, providing thought leadership and guidance on best practices and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven products and technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience working with data science and engineering teams.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-powered products from concept to market.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product strategy and execution.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
