Description and Requirements

As the Senior Manager of AI Offerings, you will lead the development and implementation of services that showcase AI capabilities, deploy scalable AI systems, and provide ongoing managed AI services. This role is pivotal in driving our technological innovation and helping businesses seamlessly integrate AI technologies. You will work with AI infrastructure, edge, and devices, as well as public, private, and personal AI environments (Hybrid AI). Our offerings will focus on custom Large Language Model (LLM) solutions and enterprise agents.

Your portfolio will encompass:

• GenAI Platform: Design and build Lenovo GenAI Platform.
• Deployment and Scaling of AI Solutions: Implement fully customized, secure, and scalable AI systems tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Managed AI Services: Ensure the ongoing management, optimization, and performance of AI solutions, maintaining their security and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Portfolio Development:

• Develop AI offerings relevant to the market as it relates to AI infrastructure, edge, and devices, as well as public, private, and personal AI environments (Hybrid AI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into clients’ existing technology landscapes.
• Leverage Lenovo’s AI Innovators partner ecosystem to offer solutions.

Market Insight and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings in Professional and Managed Services for AI.
• Use market insights to fine-tune and optimize our service offerings to align with evolving client needs.

Client Collaboration:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and use case scenarios.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the AI use case and provide customized recommendations for AI offerings from Lenovo and our ecosystem partners.

Strategic Positioning:

• Develop and articulate compelling value propositions for our AI offerings portfolio
• Create impactful marketing collateral and sales tools to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to seamlessly integrate Professional and Managed AI Services into our overall product and service portfolio.
• Provide training and support to sales teams for effective solution positioning.
• Partner with AI leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy within the AI Services portfolio.

Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of leading AI and GenAI ecosystem technology.
• Hands-on experience with Nvidia, Microsoft, and Databricks, and a good mix of LLMs and model platforms.
• Proven experience in product or offering management, with a focus on IT services or consulting.
• Experience working with a partner ecosystem to deploy and scale AI solutions to clients.
• 10 or more years of experience demonstrating a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and its impact on modern infrastructure.
