Your role

We are currently looking for an AI Changemaker – someone who not only understands AI but also dares to ask the tough questions, challenge established mindsets, and drive innovation in a responsible manner.

As a Senior Advisor, you will be a catalyst for change. You won’t just identify opportunities and risks within AI – you will inspire organizations to use AI in a safe, ethical, and strategic manner. This is a role for someone who wants to combine technological insight with the ability to influence how AI is integrated into businesses.

Your daily work may include

• Inspire: Help businesses see the potential of AI, including generative AI, by identifying innovative use cases that create value and transform workflows.
• Challenge: Critically evaluate how AI is developed and used, ensuring that solutions are ethical, inclusive, and fair.
• Advisory: Guide organizations on how to use AI safely, with a focus on accountability, security, and sustainability.
• AI Governance: Contribute to the development of guidelines, frameworks, and processes that ensure the secure and compliant use of AI technologies.
• Risk Management: Identify risks associated with AI solutions, such as bias, data security, and privacy, and provide concrete recommendations on how to address these.
• Future Solutions: Ask questions like “should we” rather than “can we,” ensuring that AI solutions always align with the organization’s values and social responsibility.

What makes us a good match

To exceed in this role, we believe the following will make you an ideal fit

• 5+ years of experience in AI, technology development, strategy, or related fields.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, technology, data, or social sciences – preferably with a focus on ethics, technology, or innovation.
• Understanding the opportunities and challenges of generative AI and AI in general, and can explain complex concepts in a simple way.
• The ability to identify risks and propose pragmatic solutions for the safe and responsible use of AI.
• Being an inspiring communicator who can engage both technologists and business leaders.
• Initiative, creativity, and boldness to challenging the status quo.
