About the team
The centralized Testing team for TikTok provides support for multiple service component value chains. In this role, team members have the opportunity to validate, automate, develop and manage the complex challenges of scale with your expertise in large-scale systems. The main responsibilities include maintaining automation test, handling user feedback, functional validation, building the App and release management.

As an SDET — AI tools & Platform on our Test team, you will:
– Implement internal automation testing tools and platforms with AI models
– Deploy tools and platforms to TikTok internal users and resolve blockers of implementation
– Be responsible for the entire system testing process, including but not limited to: analysis, designing and executing test plans and cases, and conducting defect tracking

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
– BS/MS degree in a relevant field: Computer Engineering or EE
– Strong coding skills
– Experience setup/training AI models.
– Excellent communication skills. Be able to resolve internal user blockers

Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiar with Mobile UI automation
– Excellent problems solving skills, ability to coordinate with different global teams
– Strong passion for mobile internet and building next generation mobile application, can take full responsibility for end to end service
