Scrum Master This role will involve guiding and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions through iterative and collaborative processes.

Responsibilities

Guide and coach AI development teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework adoption.

Foster collaboration between AI developers, data scientists, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.

Assist in creating and maintaining project backlogs, user stories, and sprint plans for AI development.

Monitor sprint progress, track key metrics, and ensure timely delivery of AI features or models.

Track and report project progress using relevant Agile metrics and tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure project success criteria.

Identify and mitigate impediments or bottlenecks hindering the progress of AI projects.

Support the team in adopting best practices and refining processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Skills

Must have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Scrum Master in AI or technology-driven projects.

Experience in Azure Cloud

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their application to AI development.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus.

Nice to have

Experience with developing Cloud Agnostic pipelines/solutions

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies.

Experience working with AI teams, understanding their workflows and challenges.

Knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, or similar Agile project management software.
