Level: Consultant | Location: India | Years of Exp: 4 to 6 years of Industry Experience

Role Description:

Data Science conversational consultant is expected to assist in designing/improving the solution architectures. He/She is responsible for building conversational interfaces and virtual agents for customers. He/She is also expected to provide technical assistance to the team in developing, deploying and managing the solution while maintaining the industry standards in proposing and developing the solutions. As part of this role, the candidate is expected to have experience and be well versed in the following:

Must have skills:

• Should have hands on experience with at least one Machine learning algorithm.
• Programming language Python and SQL
• NLP, Journey Analytics, segmentation, propensity models, Customer analytics
• Concepts of Intent, Entity, Fallback Management and Context Management
• Dialogflow, Rasa
• Ability to create data science model independently.

Good To Have:-

• Webhooks and Ngrok,.
• Omni Channel Integration
• Regression Testing
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with proposing solution architectures
