We are seeking an experienced and visionary Leader to lead our team focused on Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) Generative AI team. This strategic role requires a unique blend of industry expertise and AI knowledge to shape innovative solutions and deliver exceptional results. As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for thought leadership, program management, drive Innovation and Solution development.

What will you focus on?

Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Spearhead thought leadership initiatives within the CG&S industry, creating innovative point of views, whitepapers, and participating in industry events and workshops to position our organization as a leader in AI-driven innovation.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging creative thinking, experimentation, and continuous learning in the field of generative AI.

Solution Development:

• Work with cross functional industry SMEs and client facing leaders to identify innovation opportunities and new solution ideas to solve pressing client problems.
• Manage a portfolio of assets & lead the development of enterprise grade & differentiated AI solutions, leveraging advanced AI technologies and inputs from industry SMEs.
• Lead a cross functional team of AI professionals, industry experts and engineers to create cutting edge scalable solutions, ensuring timely delivery within the allocated budget.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment & GTM collateral creation.

Team Management:

• Partner with Senior Leadership and cross functional teams to align generative AI innovation strategies with organizational goals and drive impactful outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of innovation & solution development professionals, manage budgets effectively to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and assets are delivered within budget constraints.

What skills and qualifications do you need?

• Proven track record of success in innovation & solution development within the CG&S industry, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications within the CG&S industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision and their applications in the CG&S industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple solution development simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into innovative product solutions.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
