We are seeking an experienced team member focused on Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) to be part of our Generative AI solution development team. This role requires a blend of industry expertise and AI knowledge to shape & develop innovative solutions and deliver exceptional results. As an innovation consultant within our organization, you will be responsible for bringing an innovative mindset to Solution development and help drive effective execution of asset development plan.

What will you focus on?

Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Contribute to the development of innovative points of view, whitepapers, and participation in industry events to enhance the organization’s reputation as a leader in AI-driven innovation within the CG&S industry.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team through creative thinking, experimentation, and continuous learning in the field of generative AI.

Solution Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional industry SMEs and client-facing leaders to detail out innovation opportunities and develop new solution ideas to address pressing client challenges.
• Assist in managing a portfolio of assets and aid in developing enterprise-grade, differentiated AI solutions using advanced AI technologies and insights from industry SMEs.
• Support a cross-functional team of AI professionals, industry experts, and engineers in creating scalable solutions, ensuring timely delivery within the allocated budget.
• Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and creation of go-to-market collateral.

Client Engagement:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring that AI solutions are tailored to deliver maximum value.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of generative AI solutions.
• Gather and integrate client feedback into the development process to continuously improve and refine AI solutions.

Technical Expertise:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies.
• Engage in hands-on development and prototyping of AI solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.

What skills and qualifications do you need?

• Demonstrated experience in innovation and solution development within the CG&S industry, with a solid understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, and their applications in the CG&S industry.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, supporting and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
• Competence in managing multiple AI solution development projects simultaneously and driving them to successful completion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative product solutions.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
