Gen AI Coaches/Consultant Full-time

Responsibilities
• Have very good understanding of AI and Generative AI solutions, leveraging/ building AI/ Generative AI models and application of the opportunities identified.
• Ability to conduct POCs and guide implementation teams on data analysis, preprocessing, and modeling to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI / Generative AI tools and machine learning models for tasks.
• Working across account teams to develop and architect Generative AI solutions using AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Ability to work with implementation teams to build and train working versions of those models (using Python/ PyTorch and other open-source technologies).
• Support implementation teams in the design, build and deploy AI/ Generative AI solutions for the opportunities identified.
• Develop and deliver best practices around program delivery, project approaches, and business measurement in the AI/ Generative AI opportunities identified.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies and frameworks. Provide PoVs, as appropriate.

• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends

• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• One or two industry domain knowledge

Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s (B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BE/ ME) degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, RPA Consulting, designing AI/ML solutions, building and deploying models on Cloud (such as Azure, GCP, AWS) and/or On-Premise.
• 5+ years of experience in building solutions using Python, NLP, Chatbots, RPA etc.
• 6+ years of experience on project and stakeholder management
• 1+ years of experience on Generative AI, GPT, LLMs and Gen AI models
• Very good communication skills
• Flexibility to travel, on need basis
